The first annual 2007 New Hampshire Parade of Homes® is a state-wide tour of open houses that will showcase new homes, spec homes, custom homes, and models. The home buying public will be able to tour the homes. 30+ homes are expected to be showcased in this great event.

Home ownership has long been regarded as the backbone of our diverse and growing American society. The home remains the center of the family and is the largest single investment a family will make in its lifetime. Because interest rates are low, the buying climate is excellent, and new home construction is better than ever, the time is right to tour Parade homes, talk to the builders, and consider your options.

The participating builders and sponsors in the New Hampshire Parade of Homes are members of their local association, and their efforts are a great contribution to this state we are proud to call "home."

The Parade is a partnership of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of New Hampshire (HBRANH) and the state’s ten local home builders associations of which

Flanders Enterprises is a member of the Lakes Region Builders and Remodelers Association.

There will also be a guidebook distributed to all who attend the Parade. The Guide Book for the Parade will showcase each of the homes participating in the Event. It will be distributed before and during the Parade. The guidebook will have information about the area, Association, building industry, and consumer interest articles.

A ticket to the Parade is required but is available free of charge. In exchange for ticket, consumers are encouraged to bring a toy or food to be deposited at Parade Homes, for the benefit of Toys for Tots and NH-based food banks, respectively. Tickets and guidebooks will be available from Flanders Enterprises or at the HBRANH Housing Center in Concord.

Flanders Enterprises’ entry into the Parade is still under construction but is coming along nicely. It is the beautiful home pictured here being built on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee on Wagon Wheel Trail in Meredith. The owner of the home has recently decided to put this home on the market after its completion.
