Dear Mark,

We want to thank you and all your crew for a superior job that you did remodeling our house. I want you to know how very much I enjoyed all your crew and how professional they all were. Having people in your house for seven months can be stressful at times, but I can tell you at no time did I ever feel that way. They were so respectful of us and our house that the experience was exciting and very interesting to watch day by day. Mark you are so professional to work with. I felt that you were always available to contact if we had any questions, and I could leave messages with Eric and you would always return my call. We did have a few change orders, (Ha Ha!) and we could always reach you to discuss our ideas. Kevin went out of his way to help us get organized and to always let us know what was going to happen next, and in what order. Pete and Gerry and Brian were wonderful, and all of the crew was so polite and friendly. All the people that you suggested we use were great. We are especially please with the way the kitchen turned out. My husband still tells me how much he LIKES the kitchen. The upstairs bathroom is perfect. The master bedroom and t bathroom are just exactly what we wanted. My screened in porch is the BEST! For me Mark, thanks to you, I “love” my house! Never in the last 18 years that we lived here, did I ever feel or say that until now. We both enjoy our home more than we ever did, thanks to you Mark.
